My Story
Raven met Russ while camping with friends. Russ told her about his concept for a non-profit and the rest is history.

As Chief Development Officer, Raven Dickson serves as Mayhem USA's co-founder, as well as lead fundraiser, strategist and ambassador to help advance the organization’s mission and strategic goals. Raven is focused on helping to grow revenue streams for integrated fundraising efforts by building strategic partnerships, cultivating donors and expanding markets.

Raven's prior accomplishments include leading teams to raise resources from major gifts, corporations, foundations and special events, developing and executing organizational strategic plans, leading key national partnerships, and building and developing boards.
